Our Building History

·       Zellmer Buildings was formed in 2022 after the retirement of former Lester dealer, Bill Carpenter of Carpenter Construction. Carpenter Construction served the community building needs for 48 years in Central Iowa. The experience from Bill Carpenter and crew members were transitioned to Zellmer Buildings to continue building on years of success.

The continued growth of the post frame business sector allows for our growth in developing stronger expertise and employees in the industry. Lester has played a large role in assisting our grow through the benefits they provide.
